Peter, a 59 year old Financial Director, arrived at clinic with 2 priorities – to lose weight and increase flexibility and muscle tone. 
However, he also suffered from other problems - digestive discomfort, bloating, diarrhoea, migraines and poor sleep.  In addition, his energy fluctuated through the day and he was increasingly irritable and prone to anger.  He had tried many different diets, but felt hungry and lethargic – and the weight always crept back on.

Our approach didn’t involve any “dieting” or “calorie counting” – we simply changed what, when and how he ate. We increased the variety of fresh and whole foods in his diet and decreased wheat, sugar & junk food.  We also introduced lifestyle changes including yoga & pilates.

Four months later, Peter has achieved tremendous results.  He has achieved and maintained his ideal weight – losing nearly 1½ stones.  His digestive problems have disappeared, he’s had no migraines and his sleep quality has improved.  His energy & stamina has increased and his family had noted how far less irritable he is!   His aches and pains have gone, flexibility and muscle tone have improved and he is playing tennis again.
