| Nutrition Director, Emma Ashmore, lives and works in South Oxfordshire. Emma previously worked as a Management Consultant and then in global IT management for a large city firm. Working across the UK and Europe, as well as regularly commuting to the US, she has first hand experience of how health and wellbeing can take second place to the pressures of modern life. |

| In 2002 Emma took a sabbatical and during this time visited a Nutritional Therapist. This dramatically improved her health, energy and vitality and she was inspired to learn more about nutrition. As a result she decided to change careers and re-train as a Nutritional Therapist. |

| Before setting up RxNutrition, Emma qualified with Distinction in Nutritional Therapy from Raworth International College of Natural & Sports Therapies. Raworth is one of the few colleges fully recognized by BANT - British Association of Nutritional Therapists. She is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists and is fully insured to practice as a Nutritional Therapist. |
